Selected for the 2025 Taipei Youth Overseas Internship Program, Gwyneth embarked on her summer internship at ManpowerGroup, Thailand in the vibrant and diverse city of Bangkok.
This experience marked her transformation from student to professional. The company was not just a workplace, but a proving ground for her entry into the international career arena.

At the Borderless Talent Solutions (BTS) department, Gwyneth’s internship progressed from foundational to advanced tasks. She started as a Researcher, sourcing job openings, moved on to Screening Support, conducting initial candidate evaluations, and ultimately took full responsibility for recruitment projects targeting native Chinese speakers, gaining hands-on experience across the entire recruitment process.

Working alone in a foreign city allowed Gwyneth to fulfill her dream of exploring the world. When she came across resumes from candidates in Taiwan seeking overseas opportunities, she felt a deep sense of her peers’ ambition and courage. This experience further strengthened her conviction in the mission she carries: “to represent Taiwan and step onto the global stage.”
